It suits marketers, trainers and educators who need a lot of talking-head or translated video without filming each one. The free plan allows three one-minute videos a month with a watermark. Creator, at $29 a month, allows videos up to 30 minutes and voice cloning. It is not built for cinematic or action footage.
HeyGen’s privacy policy says it uses your content to train its models, including avatar models. Opting out means emailing HeyGen; there is no setting in the app.
