Replit is a browser-based workspace where its AI agent builds, runs and publishes apps from a prompt. It can make full-stack web apps and mobile apps, and unlike pure no-code builders it keeps the code in front of you, so it suits people who want to learn along the way or hand the project to a developer later.
The free Starter plan includes a limited daily allowance of agent credits and a Free Mode for routine work, but only one published app, and its link expires after 30 days. Core costs $20 a month (cut from $25 in February 2026) and includes $20 of usage on more capable models.
Replit’s privacy policy says content you post, including code, may be visible to other users by default. It does not describe a way to opt out of AI training, so keep anything sensitive out of it.
