Apple A17 Pro

The industry’s first 3nm phone chip, and the first A-series for which Apple published no operations-per-second figure at all.

Apple stated only that the Neural Engine was up to twice as fast as the A16’s, giving no absolute number. The 35 TOPS figure widely attributed to the A17 Pro does not appear in any Apple material and should not be treated as a vendor specification.
