AIooze is a publication, not an advertising business. We collect as little as we can, we do not sell anything about you, and there are no tracking pixels on this site. This page sets out exactly what happens.

Who we are
AIooze.com is published by Greenology Digital Services LLC. If you have a question about anything on this page, email hello@aiooze.com.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, we store the email address you enter and nothing else. We use it to send you the AIooze briefing. We do not sell, rent or trade subscriber addresses, and we do not use them for anything other than the newsletter you asked for.
Email delivery is handled by Kit, which stores subscriber addresses and sends the briefing on our behalf. When you submit the signup form your address goes directly to Kit; the form itself loads no third-party scripts. Subscribing takes two steps: we email you a confirmation link, and nothing is added to the list until you click it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and using it removes your address from the list.
Server logs
Our host records standard web server logs: IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested and the time of the request. These exist so the site stays up and so we can deal with abuse. We do not use them to build profiles of readers.
Cookies
No cookie on this site is used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The software running the site may set a small number of functional cookies, for example to remember that someone has signed in, which applies only to the site’s administrator.
What we do not do
- No Google Analytics or any comparable analytics product.
- No advertising networks, retargeting, or third-party tracking pixels.
- No comments, so no comment data, and no Gravatar lookups.
- No selling or sharing of reader data with data brokers, ever.
Links to other sites
We link out constantly. That is most of the job. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s site and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
How long we keep things
Subscriber email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, at which point they are deleted. Server logs are rotated out by our host on their standard schedule.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. Or email hello@aiooze.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will do it.
Depending on where you live you may have formal legal rights over your personal data, such as under the GDPR or California law. We apply the same practice to everyone regardless of where they are.
Children
AIooze is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects what we collect or who processes it, we will say so here rather than quietly revise the text.
